Make Room for the All New 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid

January 15th, 2020 by

For the first time ever, Honda is presenting the 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. The SUV isn’t available for purchase just yet, but it is already an award winning vehicle. The all new CR-V Hybrid was named the 2020 Green SUV of the Year by Green Car Journal, marking the sixth time a Honda has won the same prize from Green Car Journal. But what is so impressive about this car?

The SUV will be equipped with a two-motor hybrid propulsion system combining two electric motors, reaching a horse-power of 212. This will help with the EPA city fuel, which is anticipated to be 50 percent higher than the gas-powered CR-V. The 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid is not only efficient, but it is also ready for adventures. The Hybrid units will have standard all-wheel drive, taking you even further than before.

Ron Cogan, editor and publisher of Green Car Journal, talks about the importance of this evolutionary SUV, “The addition of a new all-wheel drive CR-V using Honda’s proven two-motor hybrid system is an exceptional move, offering buyers an even more compelling reason to consider this award-winning model at the showroom.”

In order to make your experience even better, the new Honda CR-V Hybrid will have three different driving options: Econ, Sport and EV. While Econ is focused on maximizing the efficiency of the vehicle, Sport will give you a more aggressive drive. The EV mode will only use power from the battery, which results in less power and it is used typically during one mile while maintaining slow speeds.

The Honda CR-V Hybrid will have standard Honda Sensing, including: Collision Mitigation Braking System, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Rear Cross Traffic Monitor and pedestrian sensing capability! To see how these features can protect you and your family, click here.

The all new CR-V Hybrid will have an 8 year battery warranty. But to cover the SUV even more, Clawson Honda offers their Engine for Life Warranty. The warranty is covered for as long as you own the car, and it is for current plus ten prior model years, with under 100,000 miles.

The new SUV people cannot stop talking about is scheduled to make an appearance early in 2020. The pricing of this vehicle should start around $28,000, so don’t waste time and click here to get on the list and have early access to this award-winning SUV.
